Application Fee

A one-time non-refundable $49 Application Fee is required upon submission and is used to begin the review process.

Annual Membership

Approved members will be invited to complete annual membership checkout at $299 per year with a two-year initial commitment.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the membership terms, fee structure, conduct standards, assumption of risk, liability waiver, confidentiality requirements, name/image/likeness release, cancellation policy, and related membership provisions.

Elite Golf Society membership requires a one-time, non-refundable Application & Profile Creation Fee of $49. If accepted, annual membership dues are $299 per year with a mandatory two-year initial commitment. Memberships renew automatically each year following the initial two-year term. To cancel after the initial commitment has been fulfilled, written notice must be submitted to [email protected] at least 30 days before the renewal date.

I agree to conduct myself in a respectful, professional, and sportsmanlike manner at all Elite Golf Society tournaments, events, trips, rounds of golf, partner facility visits, and related social gatherings.

Rules of Golf & Handicap Acknowledgment(Required)

I understand that I am responsible for knowing and following the official Rules of Golf and, when applicable, maintaining an accurate GHIN handicap in accordance with USGA guidelines.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver(Required)

I understand and agree that participation in Elite Golf Society activities involves risk, and I voluntarily assume all risk of injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss arising from participation in any Elite Golf Society activity.

Other Participants Acknowledgment(Required)

I understand that Elite Golf Society is not responsible for the actions, conduct, behavior, or decisions of other members, participants, or non-members attending Elite Golf Society activities.

Confidentiality Acknowledgment(Required)

I agree not to share, disclose, or distribute confidential member information, exclusive member benefits, private event details, or partner discounts obtained through Elite Golf Society membership.

Name, Image & Likeness Release(Required)

I grant Elite Golf Society permission to use my name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with Elite Golf Society marketing materials, social media posts, websites, promotional campaigns, event recaps, and other Elite Golf Society communications.

Networking & Access Acknowledgment(Required)

I understand that membership does not guarantee access to private golf clubs, member-hosted rounds, exclusive opportunities, partner benefits, or golf-related connections, and that participation in such opportunities may be based on availability, relationship-building, and host discretion.

Member Directory Acknowledgment(Required)

I understand that, if accepted and enrolled as a member, I will be required to provide accurate and current information for the Elite Golf Society member directory.

Governing Law Acknowledgment(Required)

I understand that the Elite Golf Society Membership Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and that disputes are subject to the jurisdiction and venue stated in the Terms & Conditions.
